So when your rifleman was Veteran 2 the wehr was yet buying their Vet1 for their infantry. USA was getting veterancy boost by upgrading to either sticky bomb or grenades or BARs and they could bosot the veterancy also buy upgrading the supply yard.

So does anyone know if there's a mod out there (or a way of editing the game itself) so that I can change the Wehrmacht's ability to gain veterancy the same way the US does (i.e. I realise I could change my strategy to combat this, but it doesn't suit my playstyle. I feel that the Wehrmacht's ability to 'buy' veterancy is too OP.

However, I get frustrated by the way veterancy works.
